(1) Paper Submission via the EDAS system
Authors should submit their manuscripts through the EDAS submission system for review.

Track 1: Authors can download the conference paper template (A4 size) and find detailed formatting guidelines for IEEE conference proceedings at here.
Track 2: All accepted papers will be published in Platform Technology Letters (PTL) by ICRP. The paper template and formatting guidelines for PTL can be downloaded from here.
(2) Review Process
Each submission will be reviewed by at least three reviewers selected from the Program Committee and/or external reviewers.
(3) Notification of Acceptance
Authors will be notified of the review decision (acceptance or rejection) after the completion of the review process.
(4) Author Registration and Conference Fee Payment
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete author registration and pay the conference fee by the specified deadline.
(5) Camera-Ready Paper Submission and Copyright Transfer
After notification of acceptance, the camera-ready paper submission system will be opened.
Accepted papers will be included in the official conference proceedings, which will be distributed at the conference.
(6) Paper Presentation at the Conference (On-site and Online)
All accepted papers must be presented in the scheduled sessions of the conference.
Presentations are primarily on-site; however, limited online presentation sessions may be arranged for authors who are unable to attend in person.
(7) Best Papers and Selected Papers
Outstanding papers will be considered for Best Paper Awards.
In addition, some selected papers will be recommended for publication in the following journals: Electronics, Computers, Materials & Continua, and others.
The selection process will be conducted by the Program Chairs, Award Chairs, and guest editors of the special issues.
Discounts on Article Publication Charges may be offered for a limited number of selected papers.
